Q: Do you deliver outside of Chicago?

A: Yes, we deliver all around the Chicagoland area. There is an additional delivery fee which varies depending on location.

Q: Do you guys provide an attendant?

A: No, we require adult supervision at all times.

Q: Can you leave the rental overnight?

A: We do not leave rentals overnight due to safety and liability reasons. Our policy ensures the safety of users and our equipment as well.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, there is a 20% deposit required to reserve your rental.

Q: How long can I keep for the inflatable for?

A: Our prices are based off a six-hour time frame. Any additional hours will be $25 an hour. Our latest pick up time is at 9pm.

Q: In the past, we've rented inflatables from other companies that were really dirty. Is that typical?

A: Not at all. Our inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and inspected after every rental. We are committed to providing our clients with clean and safe rentals every time.
